Macro-Shield Buffer / Barrier Fluid for Mechanical Seals is a pure, highly re ned, non-reactive, synthetic fluid providing superior lubricating and cooling for the seal surfaces of double mechanical and tandem mechanical seals. FDA and H1 certified formulations provide highly stable performance over a wide range of operational temperatures. Essentially inert formulations allow these products to be used with most hydrocarbon gases and aqueous acids and bases. Extremely clean and dry characteristics provide excellent low temperature fluidity and heat transfer properties. Up to 30% better heat transfer capabilities over conventional white oils.
